These terms cover use of the Pick and Peck app on iOS (“the App”), provided by the developer at rodrcode@gmail.com. By using the App you agree to these terms.
Pick and Peck is an independent group restaurant-decision app. It is not a third-party restaurant brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Google or any restaurant chain whose name may appear in search results.
The App uses an anonymous session. You do not create a Google account with the developer. Apple’s and Google’s (Firebase) terms apply to the infrastructure the App uses.
The App is provided “as is.” Search, maps, votes, and sync can fail. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for a bad meal, a missed reservation, or other damages from using the App.
How the App handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms may be updated when the App changes. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
